This app works great but what is even better is the customer service from Manny. He was such a help to navigate me through using Yotpo the best way possible. I had a issue with trying to upload the widget onto my website, James was very knowledgable and helped me to get the widget up and working on my site, It looks greatQ.

We've just installed the app and still figuring everything out, but judging by the great customer support we've received so far we foresee a long and prosper relationship.

Extremely slow customer service response. And even when you get a response that doesn't mean that issue is resolved. I am still waiting for their response. I have been writing emails for the last 2 weeks for that particular issue. If I am lucky somebody will respond in 5 days

The app is good, but the customer service takes way to long to get help. The help was good once connected but the wait was not acceptable.
