Installed the other day. All was ok then it just all disappeared, so I uninstalled it all including the html code and contacted support. Great support from Yotpo, they reinstalled everything and it all now works again fine. Thank you. Can't comment on the long term but all is good for now.

I used this app for more than six months, every time they have an fast, excellent support for free customisations and free advice. Couldn't recommend more. They always know what you want and help you make changes no questions asked. I changed my theme multiple times and used a lot of apps but the support at yotpo is among the best.

This app works exactly how described and their support is wonderful! I had help immediately and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend!

Okay, I'm not going to lie... when I first installed this app months ago I never saw what all the hub-bub was about. After taking a second look at what this app had to offer just a few days ago, I was blown away and a little embarrassed by how useful this app is to my store! Within a few hours of setting up my preferences I was already receiving reviews from customers and fans. Definitely recommend this app to all Shopify users. Looks great on desktop and mobile sites, too!

UPDATE: Once again, fantastic, personable, instant help/service & support from the Yotpo live chat agent (Eunice this time). Just can't fault them. I've used Yotpo for a few years, and when I moved my shop from GoDaddy to Shopify, my non-techy, non-spread-sheety brain REALLY struggled to migrate my reviews and get my Yotpo properly set up for nobookswereharmed.co.uk I reached out to Yotpo's live chat service, and can't express how helpful and patient every single Yotpo representative was. It took a number of weeks, dozens of live chats and a silly number of emails to get the problems (caused by me!) sorted, and all the way through, staff remained polite, helpful and empathetic, and even though they and I all knew it was all MY fault, no one ever expressed exasperation with me. Reviews are SO important to instill confidence in potential new customers, especially for a tiny business such as mine, and I'd have been so upset if I'd had to lose 6/7 years of glowing reviews. Can't recommend Yotpo enough, and THANK YOU again to any staff who read this review ♥

Great app to have for your store. The best customer service I've received from a free plan of an app. Junalou was great that he took time and helped me to fix a complex coding issue.
