We are very satisfied with the Yotpo app, but even more so with the customer support. As a new business, we made an error in setting up Yotpo, and the customer service agent went well out of her way to help us in rectifying the situation. I'm sure it took her a long time to fix the problem we created, but she didn't even hesitate and followed up to make sure that everything was okay. Great customer service!
Sceptical at first but Yotpo intergrates brilliantly with Shopify 2 stores. We had a small issue with Google Snippets not working with our Outofthesandbox theme but Ed quickly sorted the problem and we now have 5star reviews showing in organic Google listings. Our main problem is that we're getting too many 5* reviews from happy customers (who are keen to leave reviews) but Google thinks we're not genuine!! Nice problem to have! The reviews definitley make a difference and we were able to pull our reviews in from Etsy using another app so we instantly had over 1500 ***** reviews to kick us off. Really positive experience with their tech support. Very helpful and methodical. The only downside is sometimes the written guide such as 'adding star rating' to a product isn't very detailed. 3 steps aren't enough to guide someone I think a lot of people would benefit from more imagery on where to copy the code to.
The support personnel were very attentive and helped me resolve the issue I was facing... a very quick and effective response and excellent customer service!
The app works very well and the customer service support is really fast and also they do an amazing job fixing issues on the site
Update, I keep trying to get them to resolve the issue of the reviews not populating into the product reviews app. Continue to lose sales because of lack of social proof.
App is great when it works and you have a native free shopify theme, however the support speed is lacking. I will update my review once my issues are resolved.
For one, there is a discrepancy between the Yotpo orders and actual orders placed in my shopify, I have no way of knowing which orders have been sent emails.
I've asked a time sensitive email twice to their support, and have been now waiting over 36 hours for a response.
It seems the response time for questions is 24-48 hours, which is rather slow considering orders are being place through our shopify stores at all hours of the day.

This app is so awesome! I love the customer service team! I had the pleasure of being helped by Ed. He was so awesome! He fixed my issues in minutes and had great customer service! if anything occurs in the future, I hope to work with him again! keep it up Ed!
