It was a slow start but they have been great ever since. The Yotpo support and dev team especially have been brilliant, responding quickly and accurately to my requests. Great service and super app.

App works perfectly, James from support was really helpful. Would recommend, he helped me rectify upload errors and it works like a charm. 10/10

I'm very happy with the app. It's automatic email feature allows us to easily collect reviews for our product. I also like the star ratings that give more social proof for each product. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful.

There are a lot of apps for reviews on this marketplace, and I mostly just selected Yotpo because they had a free plan. I'm glad I did, though, particularly because their support has been so good. Leizel has helped me with several issues, and she's always given prompt, clear and helpful responses (even though I'm not paying them a dime). Based on my experience so far, I'm definitely planning to stick with Yotpo as my business grows and it makes sense to upgrade to their paid plans.
