Amazing customer service, Keith has been a huge help onboarding Yotpo. By the far the easiest and most convenient customer experience out of all my digital service providers.

So far so good. Just signed up and having trouble finding specific settings. I was surprised that the live chat option was pretty much immediate. Still a ways to go before I can really make a fair evaluation but Eunice from the live chat was awesome - knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant!
