Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Great assistance from Anne, she helped me a lot on the installation of the application, great customer service!

Doner from the support team reached out to me within minutes of sending my first email and was quick to assist me with adding the star rating to my shopify store. It was easy to import my previous reviews from the Shopify Ratings and ask current customers for new reviews.

I love this app but I wish there was a version cheaper than the $4800 a year plan.

Our reviews were duplicated when the Yotpo team imported our reviews from Stamped, and they don't have an easy way to hide duplicate reviews. Also, instead of sending reviews for orders as they came in - Yotpo's system retroactively sent emails for older orders (from six months ago) and used up all of our order limits for the month in one shot.
