Just had a great support from Kenneth John M. I'm just starting to try out the app but the Customer Service is wonderful!
Joian Z was fast and efficient in helping me to resolve my query and checking that the installation of the app was done correctly.
Excellent app and excellent help support. I was looking for a all in one reveiw app that I would connect to Omnisend and I foudn Yotpo. I am really satsified with it.
Be careful when installing this stupid app. They automatically sent an email to every single customer of mine without even asking for an approval.
Extremely stupid automated feature. Instantly uninstalled this. My better recommendation would be Stamped.io , known as Product Reviews Addon in the app store.
They don't even reveal their pricing on the website. Blatantly slow customer service as well.

So far so good, I have just installed the App and it is so fast to set up that it was already live before I could realize it. I had some doubts about how to change the language in the settings and how to enable or disable the widget on our site, and I received great support from YotPo Team (Daniel P. was very kind and fast). Now I am just waiting for the final "review upload" to take place from our previous service, hopefully the integration will conclude successfully. Will write back if not achieved ;-)
A heads up: The pricing listed for this app is very misleading. The price now seems to depend on the number of emails sent. So "$15" monthly turned into $49. ETA: NO where on their pricing did it say "starting at" at the time I installed this app

Champion. So easy to set up and use. Love that you can set it up to email customers and ask them to leave a review. Love the social media integration.
