Update 2022!
Lost my reviews and a quick note to Yotpo and they're back. Always a pleasure working with these folks. Nick, you rock! Thank you so much for all your help. Thanks Yotpo for the product. Just wow! I have been trying to get the reviews fixed for some time. Junalou came through and fixed everything for me and even added some extra review coding for my products page. I don't have a lot of time to be working on apps, etc. and Junalou took charge and made it all happen. The conversation rocked, they knew what to do, and just great people to work with. Much aloha!

Rilu was great at assisting us with a request we had for our new website. The request was understood without too much back and forth and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Great experience with the support team overall!

Rilu Jane was awesome, fixed our issue promptly and when asked to go a few steps further also executed these as requested with no issues at a all. I would not hesitate to recommend the service.

i love YOTPO! I have the free version and it is amazing because everything is automated! It sends my buyers an email and without me even noticing I have many new reviews a month! I love that I can filter the reviews depending on how many stars they give me! When I grow more I will be purchasing the payed version for sure! Very recommended! Plus Junalou helped me solve my issues very fast and very kindly!

I have been using Yotpo for a while now. Their customer team is very competent and efficient! The app is easy to install and customize. Definitively recommend it to any ecommerce business. Today again, I have contacted their help desk and Robertini helped me retrieving our products reviews from the server. He was able to send me the link to the .csv file within few minutes. That was very helpful.

Very happy with Yotpo reviews widget. Support is also very helpful, Kenneth John M helped me setting the widget and in a few minutes I had it running on my website. Cheers!
