I honestly cannot believe I had this app for free for almost 10 years, it kept sending review requests and I didn't even pay much attention until recently I redesigned my website. I had Yotpo reconnected and finally got a chance to dive deeper into this app. Reymon was so helpful, and was able to complete my request (when it was still on the free plan) before signing up for the starter plan for some additional features. 5 stars, keep up with the great work!

I have been using Yotpo for my website reviews for a few years now and have been really happy with it. I just reached out to customer service for the first time for help with product images and it's 11:30 pm where I am and I was impressed when someone was available to chat with me at this time. Reymon responded quickly and was able to help me with my issue within a few minutes! very happy with the customer service and that it was available even late at night which is often when I have time to work on stuff like this.

I can't recommend this company. The product works fine, but they are not friendly to small businesses and have an overall "take it or leave it" attitude and pricing policy. We've used this app for YEARS. Macy's recently asked us to syndicate reviews so that all our positive reviews on our website would also show on Macy's. Yotpo not only refused to provide the data to them without "upgrading" our current plan, but the new plan they insisted on was a price increase of over 300%. Even worse, they required a full annual contract to do it.
That price alone would have eaten up the vast majority of any profit we might have hoped to increase at Macy's. So yeah, I found Yotpo's inflexibility to be no different from extortion, and very anti-competitive for a small firm like us. Thumbs down.

The syndication feature you are referring to is available for the Premium and Enterprise packages as an add on due to its complexity and the 3rd party agreements involved.

Great customer support. It's one thing if the app works, but if there's an issue (or user error) and you need help, there has to be good customer support. Yotpo has that - they respond quickly through chat and are have helped me figure things out whenever needed.

I am still new to Yopto and, so far I am glad I made the right choice. Easy to install and set up. I had a small issue with my onsite widget displaying multiple times after each edit. I reached out to Yopto support and Arven from Yopto helped me to resolve the issue with little input from my end. Thank you Arven.
I am confident to recommend Yopto to anyone who needs a user friendly app to collect reviews from their customers!
