My online experience was super helpful. It took minutes to solve the problem and would highly recommend.
Tech support was great and helped us import our reviews from a prior app through a few difficulties in the process. We chose it because it works with Google, though it is quite expensive strictly as a review collecting app compared to many others.

Transferring over reviews from old ecommerce host to new one was very confusing, but Grace from Yotpo was a great help. App is great!

Great and well worth the money when compared to other review platforms. There were a few teething problems as there are with many apps, but Jo fixed all of them in good time. The review requests convert quickly and enabled us to collect over 100 reviews from past customers within a day. We'll stick with Yotpo and recommend it to others. ** Also they are great with online chat support Reymon Alvero helped me recently and was super helpful!
