I am a new/old customer who just added Yotpo back to my Shopify store. Needed help not only adding new code but cleaning up old code. Manny was amazing in chat support! He was very patient with this tech deaf customer, walked me through the changes step by step, and made a stressful transition easy. I am grateful for this human touch in an automated world. Very good customer service and help with any issues. Quick resolution with their online chat team. They asked for screen shots so they could see what I was seeing.

We LOVE Yotpo!! It is so fantastic to let our customers share their knowledge of the products they've received, because we sell to a community of babywearers who value each others opinions greatly (as do we). It's also a nice perk when a positive review of our store gives us a pat on the back we might not receive if we didn't have the store review feature. Thank you, Yotpo!

Daniel P. was so helpful in helping us get setup. Amazing app and amazing customer service. I had trouble updating my logo as well and Daniel was able to quickly fix my issue. Nick S helped us get our reviews carousel going. Extremely helpful!

So far, so good! We are still in the early implementation stages, but Yotpo has been very supportive to this point and we feel confident to continue with the platform.
