Their support is fantastic, John G. answered all my questions and was incredibly patient for our entire 2 hour chat conversation.
I just installed the app recently, and I had a bit of trouble setting it up. However, Ruzsel J, was extremely helpful and fixed my concerns in less than 5 mins. Very proactive customer support.
