Quick and efficient customer service. We could not sync our store with Yotpo and nor add the reviews widget. Yotpo customer service reached out to us, added themselves as collaborators and fixed the issue. Great service!

I like Yotpo a lot. They definitely have lots of features that I like and the service is awesome. Not to mention, Allent M. takes really good care of you in the chat.

I used this app since my beginnings, and is a really amazing tool! I'm with the free plan and I had an issue and Nick from support helped me with all in seconds! super recommended!

Good customer service. The app interface could be a bit more user friendly though and there are delays with publishing reviews

ok, but for the price, the support is not all that helpful.
can be glitchy for customers to use - and as we know, if it's too hard, customers give up trying to post a review.

Eh, personally I don't feel that it's good enough for $30 a month. Yotpo site isn't pretty, and its not very intuitive (they should def hire some UX designers). The one thing they are very good at, is upselling you to pay more for more features.

Excellent app. One of the most useful apps on the App Store! It has helped increase sales and get several repeat customers. Very happy with the customer service. We've tried other apps and never managed to get customers to write any reviews. But with Yotpo, most customers respond to the reviews requests.
