I just installed the app on my Shopify store and as it had been collecting reviews for some months I instantly had over 300 reviews that are good. I worked with Lemuel Yotpo to do this and that person was really helpful and they did all the work.
I just came back and worked with Nick and he updated my information and got the site in great shape. He was great to work with, really smart and fast and understood the changes I wanted to make

So far this app is outstanding. I ran into some glitches but James Edmar from the chat walked me through everything. Customer service is everything, thank you James!

Customer service team was great! CS team answered all my questions to integrate the appropriate features on my website. I would definitely advise everyone to use them.

The moment I put in a ticket request for help he responded instantly. He followed up and worked with me the entire time until my issue was sorted. Excellent customer service. My website looks great! app is installed and he even went as far as exporting all my reviews from my old platform to my new platform. The app itself is great. I've been working with it for 3 years now. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend.
