Overall Yotpo are definitely the best out there to which they have nice Google review integration. Great support from Kenneth John M at Yotpo as well.
The app works very well I am mostly using it for collecting reviews and sending out mail to collect reviews. I had issues while setting up my account and the customer service was outstanding they had me up and running in no time.
Kenneth John M was fast and I'm very satisfied with his help! Everything went very smoothly and easy to handle.
