I use this App for a long time now, Highly recommend it (which I do often for colleagues) every issue I came across the customer service is beyond helpful just like now Mary Ann, A Yotpo representative fixed my issue on an unpublished theme version without I even asked -

Always helpful customer service and never too long of a wait. I interacted with many of their agents since we started using Yotpo and always felt positive about their customer service. Junalou was really helpful with our last issue and solved it fast.
