These folks continue to be A+++. They help everytime, fix glitches, honor my requests, etc. They are the best!! I have used other review apps and just never really found that those apps met my needs as I have one-of-a-kind products and the reviews would only auto send on something that was restocked, which is not the case for me. Yotpo on the other hand sends based on purchases, which is exactly what I need. I also love that they divide into product vs. site. The biggest thing that I love about them is that they have amazing customer service, and often fixed my products in real-time through their chat feature. Highly recommended!

Customer support rep Junalou was great and responded quickly with checking to ensure that all the reviews widget and the social media connections were set up correctly. Her help further gave us the confidence that Yotpo is customer centric and results focused. She was courteous and concerned and patient. I felt very comfortable having her help me. I am looking forward to utilizing the features of Yotpo on our website. Looking forward to our re-launch on Shopify.com.

So far so good, I like that there's a free tier that seems to do enough. Would recommend Yotpo so far, though I haven't tried other review apps, set up has been good and easy to understand.

Yoypo has a strong support staff / team. Staff is always very knowledgable and fast in responding queries. never let down ! It is also a very useful tool thanks alot team. looking forward to more awesome features in future
