We're a French brand and the application is mainly in English, so we're not giving it 5 stars because we can't make the most of our time on this application. However, the application is very good, easy to use in operational terms and the customer support team is very relevant and efficient in its responses. That's why we like this application despite the language barrier, because we get answers easily with the online chat.

The app does what I need it to do at this point. My store is very very young and the free portion works good for what I need. But I had a demo call with Gal Baum and he really helped out a lot by walking through the app step by step with me, and going over all the features. Very professional, very thorough, and understood exactly what to do for my needs.

I encountered an issue with the review carousel display on my homepage, but Ruzsel J from chat support had it fixed in under 15 minutes. It was the quickest and most hassle-free customer service I've ever had. I highly recommend Yotpo products for their excellence, not to mention their UI design is absolutely stellar!
