I just had a great customer service experience! The support person was very patient, attentive and 100% willing to help!! Like a human and not a 'machine' type of customer support!

Great customer support from John, Kenneth & Albert. I would like to be able to edit review titles manually, but I've only just started using the service after using Kudobuzz before. It would also be nice to be able to import site reviews from other platforms, as currently only product-specific reviews can be imported. Nice intuitive platform for reviews.

Its VERY expensive, but customer service is great.
Would request option to send whatsapp msgs to collect review.

This app helps our store always and gives us more chance to reach out new customers than without this app.
And also customre service is alwasy great helpful. I started chat and Radly responsed very quickly and solve my problems. What a great support!!!! This app is always first choice app!!!

I needed to change the opacity and color of my reviews tab after doing a Google Analysis. Donald from Growth Support answered my chat and helped me navigate. I went back later to check and it was unable to save. The great thing is that Yotpo sends the chat and I was able to respond and still chat with Donald who fixed it for me and now it's live. That was fast and the best client service on a back end provider I've had in a long time. Thanks for making it so easy!

Using Yotpo has been great for our store. The interface is very easy to navigate and the customer service, particularly James and Manny, is always very responsive and helpful!

Yotpo is the best review APP by far. The customer service, shoutout to Mark and Rilu Jane, are so helpful friendly and they go beyond to ensure your stores success. This is the 5th store I've converted to these guys and there is always some problem that is always resolved by the Yotpo team. Cheers
