Kaiser from technical support went above and beyond to solve an integration issue on my end. Robertini even edited my code for me to help get the widget where I wanted it to be on my home page! I highly recommend Yotpo. They have excellent customer service and a great UI. Also, Donald is fantastic and a superstar with coding and customer support. Rilu from tech/customer support is honest and helpful. Ronel was also very helpful. The prices are fair. Great app.

Not only is the app awesome at efficiently collecting reviews for my business but the customer service is A1! I've just downloaded this app 2weeks ago, and I find that the interface is easy to use and the customer service's turnaround time is very quick and friendly.
