Great app. Great for engaging customers and getting their feedback. Our theme is complex but Junalou managed to get the star placement right where we needed it in about 5 minutes. Impressive.

Don in tech support was so very helpful, kind, and patient with this new Shopify store owner. He took great care of me and migrated a review from my Buy button to my store without any trouble at all. This is by far some of the best online chat customer service I've ever received! Thank you Don--I hope you get a raise :) :) So far I am very pleased with this app!

An unexpected pleasure. Submitted a help request on Sunday night and almost immediately got an answer back from Junalou at Yotpo support. Problem resolved.

I used this app to include product reviews in my site. I am not sure if the review widgets made is correctly installed, so I seek help from the Yotpo support. I am very satisfied with their support service, in particular to Ms. Josephine E. Her service is prompt and effective that made me relieved on my concern for installing the review widgets correctly.

Yonatan has been brilliant! Always replies to my emails, and always makes himself free for a call if needs be.

The YOTPO application has really helped both of our websites, and it is all done with ease.
