I've been really impressed with Yotpo. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but it's been well worth using a paid plan. The automated emails and follow-ups have been getting good results. Having the additional widgets in a paid plan has helped make my site look more credible too. I recently had an issue and Dana in support was amazing to deal with and helped sort the issue out quickly.

Updating and transitioning reviews can be tedious but support will walk you through. A fall down of what is currently available is if you have various modifiers of the same sku (different channels) you can't select who gets review emails, and who does not- so you can waste a lot on wholesale.

Yotpo has been a great app for us. It has helped us to get high quality reviews over and over again. And, it's helped us promote those reviews through our social channels which drives new traffic to our store. Which is why when we moved to Shopify I had to be sure that Yotpo was available before I made the decision.

This app will be great for your store, I recommend it to everyone I know. And, their service is great.

The app works pretty well for Product Reviews, as well as for SEO.
Plus, support is just great, they reply quickly and help you with custom integrations.
In less than 30 min we had everything where we wanted without touching the code ourselves.
