So far I am very happy with not only the app itself and its relative ease of use, but also with the support I have received on some questions that I had. They were professional, thorough and very helpful in assisting me with how their app appeared on my site. We've used other review apps before but this has definitely been much more fruitful and we are getting many people interested in giving their reviews of us and our products.

The customer service is awesome. I had trouble setting up the app and Mary Ann and her team were be able to provide feedback and solution promptly. They also followed up few times after the problem is fixed.

Customer service is so much better than most apps you will add on Shopify. They are attentive and will help you install/implement their product without needing a fancy coder or developer. As a small non-profit, this is huge! I'm a "wear many hats" kind of person, and so trying to add one more thing into my website can make me feel dizzy by end of day. Appreciate their willingness to install. Great product, highly recommend.

日本語を変換してチャットからコミュニケーションをとりサポートしてもらいましたが、無料プランにも関わらず丁寧に対応してもらい迅速に解決することができました。 今後も使い続けたいと思いました。 We were able to convert Japanese and communicate with them via chat for support, and despite the free plan, they were very attentive and were able to resolve the issue quickly. I would like to continue using them in the future.

Very happy with the app and customer support. They are fast to respond and happy to help no matter how many questions you have or how much help you may need. I love the visual UGC feature as well. definitely recommend.

Update- I have added on services and am very pleased. They continue to exceed customer service expectations. There was an issue with my reviews import from another platform and Jeorge was able to fix all issues and get everything imported and displaying properly for me.
