Great app and great support! Allen was super helpful and fixed my problems, i got all the answers to everything i was wondering about.

I found (after a lot of research in review/loyalty/sms combo) that going for YOTPO´s next best plan packs a lot of punch for the price compared to other premium alternatives if looked at as a whole. I do not, however like the yearly premium plan pricing option, hence 1 star removed. Yotpo also really shines with having integrations to almost anything . Which often becomes a bottle neck with other good alternatives. Last - the customer service team is unmatched. 24/7 support by really competent staff.

I have been using this app for over 6 months. It's very user friendly and the support is quick. Special shout out to Ruzsel J for helping fix my widget issue. It literally only took 10-15 min from request to resolution. Highly Recommend.

I updated my theme and couldn't figure out how to re add the code for the star rating. Joian Z helped me by adding it back for me.
