Their customer support is really fast and friendly, and every time i need something they're happy to walk me through the steps. The free version is good on its own, but I can definitely see the value in upgrading.

The support provided to me by Mark recently was incredibly friendly and professional. It's so important to have great communication and customer service like this and I really appreciate it as a user.

I use Yotpo for customer reviews bc they automatically email once the customer has had time to use my product(s) & they make it easy so that I get more reviews. I recently upgraded so I could add my top 9 reviews in a carousel display on my landing page. The code was easy to create but I wasn't sure where or how to paste it in my Shopify store code without messing something up. I used Yotpo's chat box and a real person was soon chatting with me and offered to paste the code in for me. They made it all simple and easy and now the carousel is up and running and looks awesome.

Customer service is very responsive. Had a question regarding manual review upload and Ronel got back to us quickly with the info we needed.

Needed help setting it up, since web browser wasnt showing any saved changes, and an agent was there to help every step of the way providing details and explaining how to do as well.
