Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Been using Yotpo for a couple months now. Customer services was fairly quick and able to help me when needed. The dash is simple and easy to ease. I wish the widgit was better looking and able to customize it further.

Yotpo is by far the best way to collect customer reviews online. Their customer support here is super quick too!

Super speedy help by the help desk in setting up my reviews on my shopify site! Saved me alot of time trying to work out the coding. Great app!

I recommend this app to everyone because it works very well and there are many features and above all because a very competent technical service and they are quick to respond. It is very nice to be able to count on people and not just on virtual chat boxes. Very good 5 stars

Yotpo review request emails have a simple layout that makes it easy for customers to give reviews in a few clicks. I find this better than the Loox app which make customers fill out a lot of different fields on different pages. Customer service is also very good, thanks a lot to Simoun and Daniel P for patiently answering all my questions and helping me set up the app!

Customer service is always amazing, had a problem that needed a solution for a while, Junalou and Radly solved that within a matter of minutes, awesome job!

I have been using Yotpo for just over a month, however my site has some untraditional structuring that made me need unique code. The team at Yotpo- Sheen in particular - was so helpful and responsive. They helped me edit my theme to ensure that Yotpo was functioning effectively. Highly recommend!

I am so appreciative of the ongoing & personal support of this amazing team. After I granted access to my site they installed the widgets I was having problems with. I received emails to make sure I was happy. Of course, I haven't gotten a review yet as I just had the app installed today but the Customer Service has made me like Yotpo even more!

Its easy to use and you get get very good support from the Yotpo team
