Today Yotpo support (Warly) helped me to place the Review Caroussel on our website. You need to adjust the theme code which is for me too technical. Walry helped me quickly and to my sattisfaction.
So far so good. Looks nice on my website and easy for my customers to send a review. Support team is very thorough and helpful.
Hands down the best review app available. Only thing is I feel the paid options are a little too pricey.
