I am impressed so far with this app as its helped me gain reviews for my amazing products which has helped make sales stronger. The support is also really excellent and fast!

When I was setting up my account I ran into so many questions. I am glad that the live chat support agent was there to help me (late night in my timezone), she was super responsive and helpful. Can't comment on the tool yet but great customer support is hard to find!

I use it to send manual reviews. Joian Z did an excellent job of showing me how to save a file with the correct format to upload into their system. Thanks!
