Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

We are using the paid version of the app to manage our reviews. It works well to manage and moderate content and post helpful reviews from real buyers. An additional bonus is helping incentivize customers to leave real feedback, which results in reoccurring purchasers and shared experiences on our store. Customer service agent Kenneth assisted in resolving a setup challenge I had and all is working well - Thank you.

The customer service alone makes this app worth it! On two occasions I needed assistance, and both Junalou and Mark were the best!! Mark worked on my issue for a long time and emailed me as he said he would once the issue was resolved. Junalou was equally amazing. I offered to end our chat because it was taking me so long to follow the instructions, but Junalou told me to stay in the chat until the issue was resolved. The patience and knowledge of these two is second to none. The app has performed very well. I have already started to collect reviews for my new online store. :)

This app has been great. The support from Rilu Jane B specifically has been really helpful in getting my reviews to populate correctly.

The support agents are very proactive and understanding. They knew their product very well, and never hesitate to help you out.
