I was able to import reviews from GoDaddy to Shopify without much trouble--but then a couple of days later, I accidentally setup the reviews to appear just on the home page (which was not what I wanted). Jeorge Kenneth V. spent a good deal of time resetting the appearance of the reviews, cleaning up the import csv file that I provided and reimporting the data so no errors appeared. He was very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you Jeorge Kenneth V.
Mitch was great help and answered my questions promptly and politely. I feel confident that they have my best interests at heart.

Sometimes there are challenges to no-code implementation but their support is responsive, for example, Arven assisted me today in implementing Reviews Widget on the Homepage which was a custom modification.
I would definitely recommend this product , primarily becasuse of the support offered.
Daniel was quick to get back to me & help me modify my code to get my SEO reviews page set up.

Arven was a life saver with this - super amazing support. Was able to insert custom CSS with the help of support. Love this app
They immediately fixed the issue when I pointed out that the review tag was broken. Additionally, they went above and beyond to resolve other problems as well. I never imagined such an experience was possible through chat. It was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I sincerely hope that one day it will be available in Japanese.
