My company has been using Yotpo for a few years now and we had built up a large database of reviews when I accidentally did something that made me lose all of them all at once. I worked with Bernard in customer support who was outstanding and patient and eventually helped me retrieve every last review that I had lost. Such a relief and was so helpful throughout the process.

UPDATE 1-8-17
Since my initial review was posted, I feel like Yotpo's team stepped it up and came through for me. I was almost immediately contacted, received numerous apologies, and within a couple of days my issues were resolved. In light of this, I changed my star rating because we all make mistakes and I'm willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt, and concede to the fact that mine may have been an isolated incident. It's what we do with the mistakes that counts, and I feel Yotpo's customer service team handled things very professionally. Thanks Yotpo!

The customer support with this company is some of the worst I've ever encountered. I'm having trouble installing the app and after NUMEROUS emails back and forth, they are unable to give me a solution to the problem. I have tried asking for a phone conversation, which I suspect would take care of everything in 5 minutes, but no one calls. Instead I get cryptic emails telling me to take steps that I've already told them I've taken, and/or asking me to take steps without providing instruction on how to do so. It's been infuriating. While I know that many others have written positive reviews and undoubtedly haven't had issues installing, just beware that should you encounter any kind of problem and need support, you won't get it.

The nicest thing about yotpo is they send the message to your customer automatically asking for review. It is easy to use and make kucicat.com customer remember to leave a review for the products they buy. It is really helpful.

1 1/2+ year user. Reviews just magically appear in your inbox. I accidently deleted my reviews. Grace from Yotpo responded with an easy fix. Then checked to make sure everything went OK.

Great "set it & forget it" app AND great customer service!

I love that it sends emails to my customers to follow up on the products and ask for a review. Most of the time even if the customer love your product, they wouldn't remember to leave a review if they weren't prompted or reminded. I also had problems having the reviews published initially but the customer service was very prompt and helpful!

Yotpo has been great. Zero problems at all; we're going to upgrade our plan, as well, given that they seem to offer a lot of useful stuff.

Amazing customer service! I wanted to add the rating feature for customers to see when browsing and one amazing customer service by the name of Mary Ann was the most helpful customer service representative I've ever spoken to. She immediately responded with the fixes and even remotely fixed them for me with no hassle. Highly recommend :)
