Don was absolutely outstanding great help! Helped me get everything installed quickly and working great can't wait to use this platform. Also needed help from Manny these guys provide awesome and fast customer service.

Nick S. was really helpful in navigating review requests and did a great job helping me! There are a couple resources I would like adapted to create a better experience. Sending Test emails needs to show what the actual email will look like to customers.

A star not for the product, but for 1) the FAQ answers I receive at each request to the after-sales service 2) the fact that at each stage I am asked to pay or upgrade my plan.

Don't go to this app if you don't have $500 to put in per month.

Pauline was great!! I input the code wrong and literally within 5 minutes of me giving her collaborator access to my store she emailed me back saying it was all fixed :) Amazing support!

This app automatically asks customers to leave reviews which is great! I have a store that I delete products as they sell so I wasn't looking for product reviews. Doner P has helped me figure out how to use 'Site reviews' instead of 'Product Reviews'. Would recommend this app for your store.

Customer service was truly world class. My reviews stopped working due to a shopify update. My man Ronel had it fixed within the hour.

I am using Yotpo's review app and when I was testing the site, I ran into a snag with my settings. It was not problem though! I went to the Yotpo chat and within seconds a Customer Service representative was helping me. I had Junalou, and they were fantastic. Junalou quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Junalou went above and beyond when I asked if there were any other setting changes they recommended and they made a another recommendation and change to the star rating options. I was very impressed with the fast, helpful service. I am very happy I choose Yotpo as my review app extension for Shopify store!
