A great review app, I was able to start managing my reviews without going through long tutorials. The basics are very intuitive. I also had a small configuration issue and within minute their help chat fixed the issue. Great support service. I had to contact for support a second time and there was no wait time, they helped me with a settings issue and I was done in less than 3 minutes. Great service.
Simoun, my Yotpo Support Representative is absolutely amazing. He is very patient and professional. And went above and beyond to help me resolve all of my issues I was having with Yotpo Reviews. Because of him I am now staying with Yotpo. Thank you so very much for your top notch support.

Anne is amazing as well as the whole team at Yotpo. They have had to help me install on my theme twice now and they do it quickly and are so amazing! So glad I use them.
Clean review app - Great support that goes out of their way to help with CSS & HTML - A lot of add-ons that drive up pricing, however, reviews are a great consumer confidence builder and it feels worth it at scale.
Helpful support, free tier is decent but pricing is punchy and customisation is minimal.
Not bad for gaining some customer reviews.

For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from just $19/month up to $249 a month.

Lemuel on Yopto is an expert and was extremely patient with me today. They were able to fix multiple issues on my store with just one chat which wad great and time saving.
