So I was having trouble using an import feature for reviews and don my man solved it like it was nothing and that too in couple minutes! Thanks don!

easy to use! I wish the interface was a bit more dynamic (customizations update on the site in real time, etc), but I think they will get there. Very simple.

To fully utilize Yotpo, Facebook Business Manager should be utilized.
However, we have been able to achieve a significant amount of functionality without FBBM and I will continue to use Yotpo for my reviews.

After a couple days and a lot of contact between James C , Radly and me at the end the problem of not showing reviews on or side was fixed! Thanks a lot!

the customer service is great, reply fast. The review widget has a bug in the primary color. I change the color but it doesn't show up in the site, I ask for help from the Livechat and they solve the problem for me immediately. highly recommend.

Had some issues getting code properly installed on Empire theme, so contacted support for help. Only had to wait a few minutes and they took care of everything! Thanks to Sheen for the fantastic service. :)

This app is very good and the support does get to your requests.

The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I had them change something and they changed other things I did NOT request them to.

Also the request I made should be an option (or at least have a help for it so you know to request it) the option is having the email review request being sent X days after FULLFILLMENT and not from ORDER DATE.

DO NOT USE THIS APP ON ENTERPRISE. It is a complete heist. The team is incompetent. It's been three months and loyalty and reviews are not live. Their reviews system is literally the worst on the market. They haven't updated it since 2015. Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Use Junip for reviews. It's a fraction of the price and ACTUALLY works.
