great customer service. was able to help answer my questions. So far I am liking the product. Will see how it increases conversion rates here soon.
I added this app today and it shut me down before I could use it!!!!! My Shopify theme is Supply. My logo AND NAVIGATION MENU disappeared and it took hours for Shopify to find the bug. Do not install this app, or any other app, unless you are certain that their code will clealy integrate with your store theme.
Yotpo is the Crème de la crème of social reviews, in addition to the great product - the service is of the best quality. I greatly appreciate Eunice for helping me integrate the plugin to my OS 2.0 theme. Eunice is extremely responsive offering direct assistance. Very happy with this app! Re-did our site theme and incorporated Yotpo, in the first 72 hours we generated nearly 30 reviews and identified a few customer service issues we were not aware of. Fast customer support, too!
I installed Yotpo on my original Go Daddy shop and when I switched to a Shopify store I was able to transfer all my great customer reviews from the old shop to the new. I am not technically inclined at all to do this myself so I reached out to support. Thank goodness for their help!! Wonderful support team and they made sure I got every last review transferred!
