Great customer service, extremely hands-on to help you get set up and rolling! The app has been working well and should work for whatever price point you are looking at.

Ronel provided excellent service and did everything possible to work through my challenges. The free plan offers minimal options for customisation, and some things are rather annoying such as a tiny logo in emails and typos in the templates which can't get changed.

So far it has been easy to use, but I haven't had it long. I have been most impressed with the customer service though, and am giving my recommendation based on the help I have received from both Eric and Stephanie.

Fantastic! Customizable, and transferable! We switched platforms, and were so glad that we stuck with Yotpo so we didn't have to lose years of reviews!

I've had quite a few issues with this app since installing that has required me to contact the customer tech team a few times, they have been helpful and solved my issues each time, and relatively quickly, but as a non-techy person, this app hasn't been easy to work with from the get-go.

The app lets me do so many customer-friendly things and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Liked the app. Customer support is out of standard. Design was sleek. Just was too expensive compared to others.
