I love the auto response feature. I needed help with installation and contacted customer service. Ed was assigned my case and he did an amazing job. He was communicative and quick with resolving my issue. Thank you so much!

We were looking for a review app that also was proactive and sent review request. Yotpo fit the bill perfectly and that customer support is beyond amazing. Danreb went above and beyond and helped us get setup on our shopify store that had a difficult theme integrate with.

Downloaded the app to check if it's the right fit, however didn't end up installing. Without asking anyone to do so, this app sent unedited blank review requests to almost 100 customers last night. Absolutely fuming.

To try to help our customers generate the most reviews, we offer 200 extra automatic review requests to get them started. That said, we understand this doesn't work for everyone. Please know our team is aware and taking this into consideration as we continue to build out our product roadmap.

Interface is cluttered, and the software was constantly buggy. When issues came up, support didn't seem to know what was going on and wasn't helpful. Didn't seem like they cared at all.
Price is very high, and order caps are low. If it was totally bug-free and functional, and support was awesome, we'd pay the price, but it's just not worth it for us.

Yotpo absolutely the best in the reviews game. Don't waste your time with any other app. Also, Radly E was super helpful in the chat. Helped us make some setting changes quickly and even provided us the information about how it was done so we can do it ourselves in the future.
