Love it! Definitely a must for your store. It has provided me with the opportunity to understand what my customers like and do not like.

Unfortunately not usable in German, due to really bad translations and no opportunity to change that.

This is the first time we have had reviews on our site, having looked at all the feedback from previous users we went with Yotpo, it was the right decision, it's easy to use and the support is great. We had a few technical issues, and Paul helped us straight away to get everything looking the way we wanted. Great job Yotpo!

The app is great, functionally and aesthetically. I was happy with the customer service Yulia provided through email in helping me with my issues. I took one star off because I was hoping to have it customized a little but it wasn't possible. No big deal really! :)

Decided to choose Yotpo because it's a trusted review app that has a good reputation. Had some trouble while using the app, Kenneth John M from support was very helpful and helped me solve the problem efficiently.

Amazing app, sad than most of the incredible features are paid though, really does the job.
