Good product with great functionality. The price ramps up quite quickly though.

Yotpo is a must. It's the easiest review app to use for your store, installation wise, and their feature of a 2-week followup to customers with a reminder to write a review has been *super* effective. They also have other features you can turn on/off, like recommended products. My one hickup with this app has been posting reviews to social media, and the only reason it loses a star is because they make it such a big deal that you SHOULD be able to do that/are encouraged to do that. But as just a review app for the website, recommended.

This is a very poor app. Not so much when it comes to features but in order to access the features, even some basic ones, you need to upgrade. We were paying $299 per month. It was not worth it. We found a more affordable app that offers a lot more things at $15 than what Yotpo did at $299. Customer service is ok, but again the app we use now has a much better one. We did not feel that it actually generated more reviews than the previous app we had on store. Basically we feel more cheated than benefited, mainly due to the pricing model. Very poor. Not worth it. We also had issues with the right reviews sittig on the right pages. When we changed theme reviews got mixed and we lost some. Had to go to the previous theme to find them.

We migrated from BigCommerce over to Shopify and had issues connecting our account. Doner P did a fantastic job of helping through that process.

This APP is basically HOSTAGE-WARE. They facilitate reviews and then do not allow even basic functionality to manage the reviews. The monthly fee for any functionality is almost more than the cost of the Shopify site... this is unreasonable.

DON'T get this software. It's all bait and switch and I would not trust any vendor that employed these types of tactics.

I suck at Liquid code or Html lol. So this was my fifth time contacting the Yotpo support chat and they are always super fast on helping me with my customizations and troubleshooting. Thank you Ronel R for the great support

We're switching from Okendo to Yotpo for our site and are starting with the Growth plan. It's got great features though the best ones like advanced CSS and Klaviyo Integration. My only critique is the lack of customization of the default emails customers get for asking for a review, confirming their email, and etc if you are just on the first paid plan.

It's five stars because I've received great customer support from Ronel R. a few times, but also Warly S. and John G. who were helpful, professional, and super friendly! This is a great app so far.
