I recently switched from judge.me to yotpo and couldnt be happier. Loving the app and the customer service is amazing and super helpful.

This is our go to review collection app for multiple stores. With automated review requests, a robust free plan, analytics and a fantastic support team there is so much to love about this app. It's easy to set up on your own, but if you can't manage their support staff is always there to help. I've talked with Nick on multiple occasions, and he is always quick to respond and a great problem solver -- a real rarity with Shopify app support!

Not working yet for us. Trying to fix it

Been with Yotpo for years and they've been incredible. Recently I needed extra support and Kenneth was professional & very helpful!

As soon as I installed Yotpo, reviews started pouring in! Within a few days, I upgraded so that I could install the slider. The team very quickly responded to help me install it and customize the coding for an optimal display.

The first review app I have used with Shopify that was actually user-friendly and didn't slow our site down! Within 2 days reviews have been collected from customers and displayed on our site. The support from Yotpo is excellent as well, getting the answers I needed quickly through the online chat. Junalou was so helpful with the reviews tab and SEO page setup!
