Customer service is terrible and the app is not performing well.
The guidelines are unclear and Customer Service further confuses customers. For the majority of them, are not familiar with their company policies and have language barriers I think. They are super slow and just send out links to clients for you to get by. Becarefull, you might lose money dealing with them, time and energy. They are not helpful at all. I'am not talking about one experience, most of their agents offer poor customers service. Something smell fishy with them. There is no transparency, they are hiding information to people.

I’ve had this app for several years and love it. Great outlet for customer reviews. I recently switched e-commerce platforms and Yotpo support (Neah) was so helpful with assisting & troubleshooting. Great service!

Only just started setting it up and have used their support quite a bit. Always reply straight away and extremely helpful. The app itself is working great. Highly recommend

So far so good! I’ve gained some customer reviews, which helps build trust from potential consumers. Gimbert was also very helpful in assisting me with getting my email settings corrected!

I found Yotpo and installed it in my store. Amazingly this application is really the best application. User Interface easiest to understand and maintain, Customer support 10/10. I highly recommend it for the other users too.

Love this app I have been trying to find a good app for reviews. The customer service team was very helpful especially The representative who helped: Pauline. Would definitely recommend this app!

This app is violating the GDPR. Very sneaky. I installed it and was welcomed by a pop up saying "thank you for installing, we now have access to your customer base and we have the liberty to email them". I had contacted Shopify support and their support thrice and they still have not undone this.
