I installed this app on my www.inlinefabrication.com website. At first I didn't like it because it took up too much room at the bottom of the page, and I was going to remove it. But we were able to re-size it a bit and change the color to blend in and smooth the page flow. Nowadays, I enjoy the app and value the feedback and thoughts it collects from customers. Good App.

I think this is a great app and the customer service answer the E-mails quickly and are very helpful!

A good app that works as advertised, but can't justify the cost of the premium version. I've been in touch with a salesperson and they say they want to work with small business but they don't offer any plans to support small business. They offered me an annual plan for $3,588 which certainly isn't supporting small business. It would be nice if they offered a pay per review plan or such for us users who are just starting out. Going to have to start looking for other options

Great product, Manny was LIFESAVING! He took time to help me set everything up, gave me best practices tips, ideas. He also set up our widgets and checked what I had set up to make sure we didn't make fools of ourselves. I was completely lost on what to do with Yotpo, Manny really saved the day for us. Absolutely great, generous support. Really excited to use this now.
