I only signed up with Yotpo. The app seems fairy easy to intergrate. I ran into a few problems and submitted a ticket to support, and got really friendly and prompt service. They have also imported my existing reviews, which appeared really quickly on the website. Happy so far!

I have asked with coupon setting on the store when customer left reviews on store.
Ive used Yotpo many times, in many stores, to help customers see the value in my products and customer service -- IT WORKS. Super powerful. AND -- Yotpo has great customer service also (and thanks Orly for helping me out twice with questions -- solved fast and easy).
Ruzel was fantastic and offered to have a call with me to understand the issue.

This app sent my pre-order customers an email requesting a review before their orders were even fulfilled. Are you serious? Why would you logically have an app that sends out review requests before that order is even marked as fulfilled? Congrats, you've just pissed off my customers. Would appreciate it if you got in touch with me ASAP to remedy this situation.
