Just wanted to leave a short review to say that the app is very user friendly and the support staff was amazing! I was lucky enough to have Simoun Francis S as my support agent and he quickly and politely addressed all of my issues! Thanks again!!!

I ended up not using it because it wasn't what I was looking for BUT they were extremely helpful! They went above and beyond.
Joian Z was fast and efficient in helping me to resolve my query and checking that the installation of the app was done correctly.
Their pricing is hard to understand. From the app store it looks like it is $19 for more than 50 orders a month. It actually starts at $19 for 50 orders and goes up from there. At 100 orders a month it is $50. When I was installing I tried to contact their customer support several times, and it took 2 days to get an email back. Having compared several apps now, this app does not seem worth the money especially considering you cannot get a hold of customer support easily.

So far so good, I have just installed the App and it is so fast to set up that it was already live before I could realize it. I had some doubts about how to change the language in the settings and how to enable or disable the widget on our site, and I received great support from YotPo Team (Daniel P. was very kind and fast). Now I am just waiting for the final "review upload" to take place from our previous service, hopefully the integration will conclude successfully. Will write back if not achieved ;-)
A heads up: The pricing listed for this app is very misleading. The price now seems to depend on the number of emails sent. So "$15" monthly turned into $49. ETA: NO where on their pricing did it say "starting at" at the time I installed this app

This app doesn't give you a chance to configure the settings, emails etc. - it just sends emails on its own, with no chance to review/track or anything! I have never seen anything like this.
