Yotpo are always quick to help out with any issues. Their online chat is fast to respond and they do their best to resolve issues quickly.

Helpful support team as i wasnt really clear on how to start using the reviews app in conjunction with the rewards app. Helpful support team.

I would not add this app again, if given the choice. I initially installed it because it seemed like a fantastic product - and I'm sure it is. My complains are this:

1) They place their logo and link at the top of the review section. I think it makes the store look cheap and unfinished. I'm not happy with it, at all. I feel like they're basically forcing me to barter - their service, for free advertising. Something, I wasn't aware I was agreeing to.

2) When I removed the app from my storefront, it didn't go anywhere. Sure, the benefits of YOTPO were disabled, but the changes made to my theme were still present.

Now, I've reinstalled it, because I'm not comfortable manually removing the code, and if it's going to be there, it should be functional Still - if I could do it all over... I would not have installed it in the first place

The YotPo support goes above and beyond. Ronel R was so easy to deal with and provided a solution to every question we had. Thanks again.

So I've had Yotpo for Over two years now. I've been using their SMSBump app for text and email marketing. I finally decided to add their customer reviews app. Their directions were so simplified that I was able to add a section and get things setup on my store within 5 minutes. I'm so grateful for this app. Thanks!

Joian Z helped me figure out how to collect reviews that were unable to send due to us having too many requests and not enough subscription LOL. Our business demand has grown and we needed to collect the reviews that were unsent. Joian really explained clearly so that a person not well versed in these types of apps could collect those missing reviews that are vital to our business. Yotpo has helped make the review collection process easy. Thanks Joian!!
