They have good support. If they did not ask to pay to upload video reviews, I would have kept it. That is it.

Easy to set up and fast customer service. I recently migrated all of reviews and rewards programs over from Stamped.io which was a HORRIBLE experience. It's so refreshing to get a much more robust, visually pleasing app and customer service that is 1000x better.

Great help from Keith who helped me install correctly - cause I was not able to complete it succesfully. Looks good now in my store-
