I love this app! It works great. It is solid and possibly the most professional app I use. The layout of the account pages is a little strange in where things are located, but customers never see that. Other thing, It is hard for me to upgrade beyond the free plan. Free does what I need. I can't quite justify the jump from free to 19 dollars for benefits my store doesn't really need... then to pay way more just to send more automatic reviews. That's my feedback to yotpo.

Simple and easy to use tool- integrates easily with Shopify. Sometimes I forget it's running in the background and am delighted when I see a review!
Even more important- we are driving more sales via this app.
And when you have any questions or issues, support team jumps in to quickly solve the problem!

I use Yotpo to increase the conversion rate on my new Shopify store. As I sell candles and home fragrance, it's difficult for new visitors to evaluate a product if they can't smell the product and hence make a purchase. Thanks to Yotpo it has helped been key to increasing my conversion rate with new customers. I really like the features that Yotpo offers (I use the free plan at the moment) that allow you to send emails and reminders and choose when you send the reminders. I also have paid for Swell which is their Loyalty Program and allow my csutomers to earn points when they write a review. One thing you need to be aware of, is that when you're on the free plan, Support can take days before they reply to you. I noticed with Swell (I am on the Silver Plan) they respond very quickly. On the free plan, it would be good if Yotpo could at least tell you how many days before they respond.

App is really good, Doner P helped fix issues once again, i had swiftly which is much appreciated. I will be using this app to build my brand awareness. Very happy! Give him a raise! Defo recommend.

I use this app for reviews on our site. Manny in particular has been wonderful to work through support questions with. Helped me move the reviews and style them to exactly how I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.
