I use Yotpo to increase the conversion rate on my new Shopify store. As I sell candles and home fragrance, it's difficult for new visitors to evaluate a product if they can't smell the product and hence make a purchase. Thanks to Yotpo it has helped been key to increasing my conversion rate with new customers. I really like the features that Yotpo offers (I use the free plan at the moment) that allow you to send emails and reminders and choose when you send the reminders. I also have paid for Swell which is their Loyalty Program and allow my csutomers to earn points when they write a review. One thing you need to be aware of, is that when you're on the free plan, Support can take days before they reply to you. I noticed with Swell (I am on the Silver Plan) they respond very quickly. On the free plan, it would be good if Yotpo could at least tell you how many days before they respond.

App is really good, Doner P helped fix issues once again, i had swiftly which is much appreciated. I will be using this app to build my brand awareness. Very happy! Give him a raise! Defo recommend.

Writing a review to warn other store owners. Please look for alternatives prior to installing this app.

We used Yotpo for years, but their pricing keeps going up, customer service is extremely slow and most of the features that you actually need will cost you hundreds, if not thousands a year.

I get it that their business model is for large stores (Shopify Plus customers), but thats not where it started and the costs of running it is prohibitive for most business. Since when having a review system should cost you MORE than what you pay Shopify itself? As another review highlighted, you could hire a full-time freelancer for the kind of plans they have. Thanks but no thanks.

I've been using Yotpo for the last 12 months. It's been very simple to use. I am using the free option but now looking to upgrade as I require more features for my website.

Mary Ann was so helpful in getting me all set up. I wanted the carousel view for my homepage and she set me right up and placed it for me. So also answered all my questions.

App works great and if you need help YOTPO has excellent and speedy customer service. Paul worked quickly to resolve my coding issue.

Have been using Yotpo for the last couple of months. I have been getting consistent reviews from customers. Customer support is timely and reminders from Yotpo for "Recommended reviews" are helpful. Will surely consider upgrading my plan! Keep up the good work pls.
