Love the customer service from Junalou on this app. Due to some other social media updates, I lost connectivity. I was able to redo most of it, but since I'm not too techy, I got stuck on the API secret key stuff. Junalou was immediately available to chat, easily understood my issue, and walked me through it. An update to my review, support is beyond awesome, Rhemy just helped us with reinstalling the app after we changed the theme. Yes, she is working on Sundy, very smart and very quick. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give to Yotpo and Rhemy! This app has great features and even though it is new to us, we can see that it will have a positive impact on our sales.
