I was setting YOTPO's star system in my account and was instructed to paste the necessary code into the "product.liquid" page but the instructions didn't say where on that page to paste the code. After a 24 minute wait on YOTPO's live chat, Mary Ann came on the line and took care of it quickly and professionally.

I installed this app on my www.inlinefabrication.com website. At first I didn't like it because it took up too much room at the bottom of the page, and I was going to remove it. But we were able to re-size it a bit and change the color to blend in and smooth the page flow. Nowadays, I enjoy the app and value the feedback and thoughts it collects from customers. Good App.

サポートのレスポンスが早く、回答も的確且つ丁寧でとても助かっています。アプリ管理画面も使いやすいです。ただ、管理画面は英語表示のみ、サポートも英語対応のみ、ということでアプリ使用のために英語必須になっている点が残念な点で、今後のアプリの改良に期待を込めて、星4、としています。

I love this app, it's just not for every type of business. Because my inventory is constantly changing (hence products are removed thus taking the reviews along with them) it's tough. I'll get a good amount of reviews on a product and then it will go out of stock and they'll disappear. Easy to install though and works great at reassuring customers on their purchases.

So far just starting out the app is great for setup. I wish there were more features available for the free version. Set up is pretty easy. I did need help and the person assisting me was very knowledgeable and helped me with a setup issue right away. Very pleased with the customer service.
